Is the Meta Ads budget included?
No. Unless a written proposal explicitly states otherwise, the client pays the advertising budget separately. The monthly ConsthruAds price covers strategy, creative production, campaign management and optimisation.
Do you guarantee a fixed number of leads?
No. Lead volume and quality depend on market, location, inventory, offer, competition, advertising budget and the client’s sales response. We guarantee the agreed work, tracking and optimisation process, not a fixed commercial result.
Is RE4HAUS only a website template?
No. It includes a functional real estate product base with catalogue, search, property management, leads, accounts, roles, workflows and administration capabilities.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium + Boost?
Standard is designed for a company operating its own real estate website and internal inventory. Premium + Boost adds collaboration, multi-company and marketplace-oriented capabilities, including credits and property promotion campaigns.
Are real payments included in Boost?
Not by default. Wallets, credits, campaigns and performance tracking are part of the Boost product architecture. Payment gateway integration, invoicing and external billing are separate integrations.
Do we receive the source code?
The licence, hosting, source-code access, maintenance and usage rights are defined in the written proposal and service agreement for each implementation.
Can you install RE4HAUS on our hosting?
Yes, subject to a technical review. Hosting requirements, deployment, monitoring and maintenance responsibilities are defined before launch.
Can you migrate our existing properties?
Yes. Migration is quoted according to the number of properties, data quality, images, formats and source system.
Can you improve our current website without replacing it?
Yes. We can add individual modules, rebuild selected areas or connect the existing website to a new CRM, search engine or administrative system.
How long does implementation take?
Timing depends on scope, languages, integrations, content readiness and requested customisation. The delivery schedule is included in the approved proposal.
Is maintenance mandatory?
Maintenance is optional unless the selected licence, hosting or operational model requires it. We explain the available support and maintenance plan before signing.
Can prices change?
Yes. Displayed prices are starting prices and exclude VAT or applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
